my favourite things
rain drops on roses
and whiskies on kittens
bright copper kettles
and warm wool and mittens
brown paper packages
tied up with strings
these are a few of my favourite things
cream coloured ponies
and cripes apple strudels
door bells and sledge bells
and mitoses with noodles
wild kiss that fly with
the moon on the ring
these are a few of my favourite things
girls and white dresses
with blue satin slashes
snow flakes that stay
on my nose and eye lashes
silver white winter
that melt into spring
these are a few of my favourite things
when the dog bites
when the bee strings
when I'm feeling sad
i simply remember my favourite things
and then i don't feel
so bad
